Brighton Caravan Park
Set right on the beach in Kingston Park (Tulukutangga), in an amphitheatre setting overlooking the crystal waters of Gulf St Vincent.
Expect to be surprised – pleasantly surprised – when you choose Brighton Caravan Park as your base from which to explore South Australia’s exciting and inviting capital city.
It’s here, at the southern end of Adelaide’s lengthy metropolitan beachfront, that you will find an intimate holiday destination of smiling faces and genuinely warm welcomes that is, quite literally, right on a safe and stunning swimming beach.
With just 130 caravan and camp sites and 35 self-contained cabins, Brighton Caravan Park already caters for every taste and budget, but the good news is that it’s getting better with each passing year as the popular resort undergoes significant refurbishment and redevelopment.
In recent months, the stylish and tastefully furnished Seabreeze cabins have been added to the mix, each offering guests generous and elegant open plan designs and outdoor decks positioned to maximise the panoramic sea views.
Communal facilities have also been upgraded, with a revamped state-of-the-art camp kitchen opened a few years back, a fully equipped community centre completed in 2019 and other areas of the park earmarked for attention and refurbishment in the coming months and years.
Beyond a modern and comfortable destination with an enviable beachfront location – it’s just about mandatory to end each day sitting back, relaxing, soaking up the spectacular western sunsets over azure seas and golden sands and breathing in the invigorating ocean breeze – Brighton Caravan Park is also just a gentle 25-minute walk to Brighton and its fusion of food, fashion and fun; and a mere five minutes from Seacliff Railway Station and its regular and efficient train service into Adelaide.
